Mentorship

The Albany ED supports a mentorship program for its medical staff . During your early weeks of joining the team, we encourage you to get to know the senior medical practitioners and emergency physicians. You are welcome to approach whoever you feel comfortable getting guidance from, or alternatively ask the DEMT or director to suggest a mentor for you.

There are many benefits to developing these relationships, both formally and informally, however involvement in this program is optional.
