ENDORPHINS

The endorphins are the Albany Critical Care social club. They are a passionate group of clinicians who keep moral up when times are tough and plan social outings of the thirst-earning and thirst-quenching kind.

Lemons to take, apples to swap when in season, chocolate bars to buy, and yes: the necessary evil of soft drinks in the endorphin fridge - everything for that dopamine hit has been thought of. The reason our tea room is such a nice place to be in is because of them.

The endorphins have dinner and drinks ~ every month. Everyone is always welcome and for new staff it is a great way to get to know the department.
