The simulation resus team was a great composition of junior and senior nursing and medical staff. Special mention to Bec who didn’t let nurse team leading like a gun get in the way of positioning herself for comfort as well as situational awareness. Joint medical+nursing resus simulation training achieves some really excellent results for patients.
